Fugglers
I have recently worked on an innovative, large-scale, project for The Entertainer Toy Company and their Fuggler toys.
I took a lead role in developing, pitching, scripting, casting, and directing over 90 comedy sketches, blending genres, puppets and animation with live-action comedy for YouTube and TikTok. Collaborating with teams at Brighton Zoo Studios and Blue Zoo Animation; we have created joyful, anarchic and engaging content, that continues to resonate with and grow the audience. It has been a brilliant and rewarding challenge, to bring the unique characters of the Fugglers to life, through character-driven storytelling and slapstick comedy.
I also contributed some of the voices for the animation and puppets.
Performance Stats
The Fuggler content has driven significant growth for the Fugglers TikTok handle, accounting for 88% of its 204,000 followers as of January 2025. From November 1st to January 13th, the handle gained 144,124 new followers, with the content contributing to 86.6% of that growth. On YouTube, the subscriber count grew by 203%, from 7.5k to 22.7k, with the highest-viewed content reaching 22k views. The growth is still ongoing, with several new strands to be released across 2025. This growth has been organic, with no paid promotion.
We made sketches in blocks of ten. Each sketch is designed to be stand-alone but the series often had a soft story arc, rewarding viewers for watching the next episode.

Fuggler Business - Fugglers in charge of an office, staffed by humans. What could go wrong? Everything.
Never Date a Fuggler - I mean, the title says it all. That didn’t stop anyone though.
Fugglermercials - Would you like advertisement for your product or business, taylor made by Fugglers? You really shouldn’t but people did.
Fugg Law and Disorder - Two Fuggler cops are out to solve a murder whatever the cost. Shame there wasn’t a murder.
Living with Fugglers / Living with Fugglers - Road Trip - Taking on a Fuggler as a pet can be a lot. Taking on three of them is pure madness.
